Moderation & Appeals
Fair play protects every factory. Restrictions are reviewed, recorded, and never used to erase player data.
What may lead to action
Cheating, exploiting bugs, payment fraud, harassment, attempts to bypass limits, or unauthorized automation may lead to a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent access restriction.
What happens to your account
Moderation actions do not delete your account, factory, inventory, resources, progression, achievements, purchases, reward history, redemption history, or account history. A temporary suspension ends automatically at its stated time. A permanent ban blocks game access but preserves the record.
Warnings and reasons
Players receive a public-facing reason for restrictions. Private fraud signals and staff notes remain confidential so they cannot be used to evade safety controls.
Appeals
Restricted players can sign in to see their status and submit one appeal at a time. The team may approve, deny, or continue reviewing an appeal. Account deletion is a separate player-requested action and is never a moderation penalty.
